Features

Shengquan Composite Sleeper has the following strengths:：

  • Lightweight and easy to construct.

  • Water repellent, good electrical insulation, excellent resistance to corrosion, oil and heat and flame.

  • Superior resistance to fatigue and aging, maintenance-free and long service life up to 50 years.

  • Easy to install and adjust in site, and be capable of being processed in a same way as wood (grooving, drilling, grinding, nailing, bonding, painting).

  • Strong resistance to pull-out and capacity of track gauge keeping.

  • Environmentally friendly.

Inspection Equipment

SQ Group is well equipped with all kinds of instrument resources, including more than 50 sets of analysis and inspection equipment, such as the scanning electron microscope (SEM), nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, XRD, X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer (XRF), microscopic infrared spectrometer, microscopic Raman spectrometer, ion chromatograph and tandem quadrupole inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, with the total value being more than RMB 30 million yuan, thus making it possible to provide reliable analysis data and accurate technical support for the industry.

System Certification

SQ Group passed ISO9001 quality management system certification in 1997, introduced TS16949 standard in 2014, and passed ISO14001 environmental management system certification in 2002. What’s more, SQ has passed GB/T28001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and the review of national “Level 2” safety standardization enterprise. SQ Group has also been granted as a benchmarking enterprise in the construction of “Work Safety Risk Hierarchical Management System and Potential Risk Identification and Management System” in Shandong Province.
