The lightweight plastering gypsum is an efficient and energy-saving plastering material for interior walls and roof of buildings, serving as a substitute of traditional cement mortar plastering. Along with the continuous evolution of plastering gypsum, the lightweight plastering gypsum is born. Introduction

The lightweight plastering gypsum is an efficient and energy-saving plastering material for interior walls and roof of buildings, serving as a substitute of traditional cement mortar plastering. The SQ lightweight plastering gypsum can solve the shortages of traditional cement mortar, including long time to dry, poor bonding, vulnerability to hollow and crack, huge amount of falling dust during operation, etc.

Applications

The lightweight plastering gypsum is applicable to general plastering works such as interior walls and ceiling of buildings, except for indoor wet areas such as kitchen and toilet. The lightweight plastering gypsum is suitable for the plastering and levelling of most base materials (aerated concrete, lightweight partition boards, brick, concrete, etc.).

Inspection Equipment

SQ Group is well equipped with all kinds of instrument resources, including more than 50 sets of analysis and inspection equipment, such as the scanning electron microscope (SEM), nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, XRD, X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer (XRF), microscopic infrared spectrometer, microscopic Raman spectrometer, ion chromatograph and tandem quadrupole inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, with the total value being more than RMB 30 million yuan, thus making it possible to provide reliable analysis data and accurate technical support for the industry.

System Certification

SQ Group passed ISO9001 quality management system certification in 1997, introduced TS16949 standard in 2014, and passed ISO14001 environmental management system certification in 2002. What’s more, SQ has passed GB/T28001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and the review of national “Level 2” safety standardization enterprise. SQ Group has also been granted as a benchmarking enterprise in the construction of “Work Safety Risk Hierarchical Management System and Potential Risk Identification and Management System” in Shandong Province.
