Introduction

The no-bake phenolic resin process, also known as the α-set method, involves blending sand with alkaline phenolic resin and organic ester hardener to produce molds and cores that cure at ambient temperature. Shengquan alkaline phenolic resin is widely utilized due to its exceptional comprehensive properties.

Inspection Equipment

SQ Group is well equipped with all kinds of instrument resources, including more than 50 sets of analysis and inspection equipment, such as the scanning electron microscope (SEM), nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, XRD, X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer (XRF), microscopic infrared spectrometer, microscopic Raman spectrometer, ion chromatograph and tandem quadrupole inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, with the total value being more than RMB 30 million yuan, thus making it possible to provide reliable analysis data and accurate technical support for the industry.

System Certification

SQ Group passed ISO9001 quality management system certification in 1997, introduced TS16949 standard in 2014, and passed ISO14001 environmental management system certification in 2002. What’s more, SQ has passed GB/T28001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and the review of national “Level 2” safety standardization enterprise. SQ Group has also been granted as a benchmarking enterprise in the construction of “Work Safety Risk Hierarchical Management System and Potential Risk Identification and Management System” in Shandong Province.
