Features

Phenolic resin series products for Shengquan impregnating materials have the following advantages for various production and application occasions:：

  • n the application of filter paper: SQ resin provides advantages of high burst resistance, good stiffness, flame retardancy, water resistance, self-curing, water-soluble resin etc.:

  • In the application of cooling pad: High water wicking, low and odor free;

  • In the application of aramid paper impregnation: good wettability and good flexibility;

  • In the application of lamination products: electrical insulation, high toughness and ablation resistance;

  • In the application of lamination products: electrical insulation, high toughness and ablation resistance.

Applications

SQ resin is widely applied to the impregnation production of filter paper, cooling pad, aramid paper, cotton fabric, glass fiber and carbon fiber.

Technical Support

SQ Group has established a national enterprise technology center with more than 10 professional research institutes, totaling nearly 500 researchers and about RMB 300 million investment in research and development per year. Inspection Equipment

SQ Group is well equipped with all kinds of instrument resources, including more than 50 sets of analysis and inspection equipment, such as the scanning electron microscope (SEM), nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, XRD, X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer (XRF), microscopic infrared spectrometer, microscopic Raman spectrometer, ion chromatograph and tandem quadrupole inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, with the total value being more than RMB 30 million yuan, thus making it possible to provide reliable analysis data and accurate technical support for the industry.

System Certification

SQ Group passed ISO9001 quality management system certification in 1997, introduced TS16949 standard in 2014, and passed ISO14001 environmental management system certification in 2002. What’s more, SQ has passed GB/T28001 occupational health and safety management system certification, and the review of national “Level 2” safety standardization enterprise. SQ Group has also been granted as a benchmarking enterprise in the construction of “Work Safety Risk Hierarchical Management System and Potential Risk Identification and Management System” in Shandong Province.
